After an ordeal of stripping, pounding, pulling and ramming too gruesome to commit to film, the front of our RX-7 began to rematerialize, but with a fresh face from the Japan-only '99 RX-7. One of the most artistically demanding tasks in the reconstruction was the removal of the grotesque license-holding appendage from the new 7's nose.
